These terms govern access to PlyMove, a programmatic chess-pedagogy service operated by LADONNEE CONSULTING (SASU (Société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle)).

Service

PlyMove provides learner-relative chess teaching analysis via REST API, MCP, and related agent gateways. Outputs are decision-support for teaching and product features—not guarantees of competitive chess performance or perfect coaching.

Access

API keys and paid-agent access are provisioned by LADONNEE CONSULTING. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and payer wallets. Do not embed API keys in public client-side applications.

Acceptable use

  • No abuse, scraping that degrades service, or attempts to bypass payment or authentication.
  • No unlawful use of submitted content or outputs.
  • Respect size and usage limits communicated by LADONNEE CONSULTING.

Intellectual property

LADONNEE CONSULTING retains rights in its software, models, and documentation. You retain rights in chess content you submit. You grant LADONNEE CONSULTING a limited license to process submitted content solely to provide the service. Specific IP terms may be set out in a separate commercial agreement.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. Chess analysis can be wrong; pedagogical suggestions are not a substitute for human coaching judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LADONNEE CONSULTING's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at fees paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. These terms do not exclude liability for gross negligence or fraud where such exclusion is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Competent courts shall be those of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
