Scope
This policy covers personal data processed through (1) this marketing website and (2) the PlyMove API, MCP, and agent-payment surfaces when you or your organization use them under contract or trial access.
What we process
Depending on the operation, PlyMove Core may process:
- Chess inputs you submit: FEN strings, PGN text, candidate moves, target Elo, optional engine depth.
- Authentication identifiers: hashed API keys, organization IDs.
- Usage and billing metadata: request IDs, operation names, unit counts, payment rail, timestamps.
- For async game / teaching-moments jobs: analysis records that may include input PGN and results (structured JSON and/or annotated PGN).
- For agent payments: payment references and cached analysis results keyed by payment reference.
Synchronous position and compare calls return results without creating a persistent analysis row in the current implementation; usage events may still be recorded.
Website
The marketing site may collect contact-form submissions (name, business email, company, message, topic) and lightweight first-party event beacons (page path and named CTA events). We do not use invasive cross-site profiling on this site.
Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on contract performance and legitimate interest to operate the service, and on consent where required (e.g. contact form). Exact legal bases for each processing activity should be confirmed with counsel for your use case.
Retention
No automatic deletion schedule is configured in the current PlyMove codebase. Analysis rows, usage events, and payment result cache entries persist until operators delete them. LADONNEE CONSULTING will document retention periods for production customers as access agreements are finalized.
Sub-processors
Infrastructure may include, among others:
- Railway (API / worker hosting)
- Neon (PostgreSQL)
- Cloudflare (Pages, Workers agent gateway)
- Alpic (MCP hosting)
- Email delivery for contact forms (e.g. Resend)
Your rights
Under applicable law (including GDPR if you are in the EEA), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact hello@plymove.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France).
